Do you remember The Ordinary Boys? No. Well, er…do you remember that fairly attractive short bloke who was in a band and went on Celebrity Big Brother and then got married to a blonde girl called Chantelle who no one knew either? Good. Well him. Preston. He’s back with a solo single called ‘Dressed To Kill’ and it’s literally very good:
Bonjour! I love the vampiric theme and that sample which is apprently from some credible rock song and was not originally concieved by 90s dance act Cappella.
‘Dressed To Kill’ is released on 23rd August.

Lady Gaga will be re-releasing her debut album ‘The Fame’ later this year with new songs. It’s rumoured the special edition will be called ‘The Fame: Monster’. A new single called ‘New York’ is also rumoured for the Autumn. Meanwhile, a special Lady Gaga edition of popular iPod application Tap Tap Revenge is now available from the iTunes Store. It’s also rumoured she will be running for US President in 2012.
If you haven’t already seen it, Preston from the Ordinary Boys is back and looking hot. His first solo single was Popjustice song of the day yesterday – head over there for a listen and a look.
Shakira is back with a new song later this month, it’s called ‘She Wolf’ and has one of the most bizzare teaser campaigns ever – check this out:
Apologies if I’ve blown the surprise for you, but, on the other hand, if you’ve already stumbled upon this and been concerned about the prospect of a werewolf on the loose in NYC – rest assured it’s just a slightly mental Colombian pop godess. My invite to the listening party for She Wolf obviously got lost in the post but the guys from Digital Spy were there.
And let’s take a quick look at how the mid week single chart is shaping up in the UK – David Guetta feat. Kelly Rowland look set to knock Pixie Lott off the top spot, Take That are just inside the top ten, Jordin Sparks is just outside (but expect that to change by Sunday) and Stone Cold Sober by Paloma Faith and the Freemasons with Sophie Ellis Bextor are having a sniff around the top fifteen.
