Black Eyed Peas are a group I can never really decide on. Some days I find their music so annoying I have to switch it off immediately, others I can’t help but start dancing around my house or gently tapping my foot in the office depending which is appropriate.
I was out last night (yes, a school night – it’s ok, I’m on a week’s leave) and heard Boom Boom Pow for the first time in a club and it really is an awesome party banger – the place went off.
I Gotta Feeling is the second single from their new album The E.N.D. and presents us with a bit of different sound from the Peas. I love it, a real feel good party song which will almost definitely form part of the soundtrack to the summer.
The E.N.D is released in the UK on Monday (8th) and in the US the following day. The first single from it ‘Boom Boom Pow’ could return to the number 1 spot in the singles chart this week – thanks in large part I suspect to Britain’s Got Talent winners Diversity.
